Shipping Policy
After buyer pays, the seller should ship the goods within the specified or agreed time(if any), and the logistics trajectory should be checked by buyer.

2. Does Agerios cover duties for international orders?
Orders that are shipped to countries are shipped on a non-DDP (not delivered duty paid)basis.
That means you may be liable to pay local sales taxes and customs duties on arrival of our order. Where this is the case, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you.
Agerios is unable to advise on the amount that taxes may be and cannot accept responsibility for these costs. You can reach out to your local post office or Custom for additional information.
3. Where do you ship?
We can transport to most countries and areas.
For special orders, we only ship to the selected countries.
4. When to ship?
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days because there is always inventory.
After shipment,you will be able to check the logistics trajectory on our “Order Tracking” service at the bottom of the webpage.

6. When will i receive my order?
Orders usually arrive within 6-9 business days by Fedex/DHL.
All other shipping time frames to International destinations vary based on local carrier.
Please note orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday can experience additional processing time.
Return Policy
If you are in any way not satisfied with your purchase from AGERIOS.COM, you may return it back to us within 60 days from the date of purchase.
And inform the reason for the return, provide relevant pictures or videos proof as well.

The return address needs to be communicated with the seller.
If both Buyer and Seller have separately agreed on a sum to be paid as liquidated damages pursuant to the breach, such sum shall be remitted to the Beneficiary Bank Account under this Contract.
Seller agrees to fully refund the Contract Sum received by the Seller or an amount mutually agreed upon by the Buyer and Seller (in accordance with the system records of the Complaints Platform),or other amount as designated by Shopline.
Returns are usually processed within 10-14 business days, and you can expect your refund within 1-3 days after we get the product.
Please try to use postal transportation when returning the product.

Force Majeure Clause
When one party is unable to perform or delays the performance of all or part of its obligations under this contract due to floods, fires, earthquakes, snowstorms, droughts, hail, hurricanes, wars, strikes, riots, or other events that are beyond the control of that party and cannot be reasonably foreseen, unavoidable, or overcome at the time of signing this contract, then that party shall be exempt from liability.
However, one party to a contract whose performance is affected by force majeure shall notify the other party of the occurrence of the force majeure event as soon as possible, and shall send a certificate or document issued by the relevant government regulatory agency or a neutral and independent third-party authority regarding the occurrence of the force majeure event to the other party and Shopline no later than 30 natural days after the event occurs. If the force majeure event lasts for more than 60 natural days, both parties to the contract may negotiate the performance or termination of this contract. If the force majeure event lasts for more than 90 natural days and both parties cannot reach an agreement, either party has the right to terminate the contract. If the contract is terminated in this way, either party shall bear their own expenses.
Other provisions
Neither party shall transfer this contract, in whole or in part, to any person or entity.
Commitment of AGERIOS to provide authentic logistics information and logistics vouchers
Our company promises and guarantees that the logistics information and corresponding logistics vouchers (including domestic and overseas logistics) provided are legal, true, valid, and complete, especially for overseas logistics, which will be confirmed and verified with emphasis. Our company confirms that the logistics information provided does not contain any illegal, infringing, false or invalid information, nor does it involve any forgery, alteration or fraudulent use of other people's certificates.
If the platform determines that our company has violated relevant rules, the platform has the right to impose corresponding penalties on our company based on "providing false vouchers" or other relevant rules. And pay economic compensation or settlement fees, litigation fees (or arbitration fees), notarization fees, preservation fees, announcement fees, execution fees, lawyer fees, travel expenses, property preservation guarantee fees, etc. to third parties
